I suppose that if they can touch-type with both hands, they can access hjkl with the fingers of their right hand the way "righties" access the very frequent letters esartd (very frequent in ordinary prose, I mean) with their left hand. Other lefties may (again, I suppose) hover their left hand all over the keyboard the way I do with my right.
