IIRC, when I was on XP, it used to be "My Computer => System => Advanced => Environment variables" or something similar, but one thing I definitely remember is that it was NOT easy to find if you didn't already know *exactly* where to look. Maybe there was another "Advanced" step before "System", but I'm not 100% sure of that.
