Replace paragrah 3 by paragraph 1:

{d}ą }}}˛ v}pł

| ą cursor in paragraph 1 - delete paragraph 1
| ˛ go to start of paragraph 3
| ł select paragraph 3 and replace by paragraph 1

This takes less than a second.

You're not using a mouse by any chance?
