Actually, it can't. It's purpose is to efficiently join large lines 
until a fix is available within vim, but it does not contain logic to 
reset cursor movement (since it aims to mimic the :join command as 
closely as possible).

Having said that, I could integrate such functionality, if there is 
demand.
