Yes, I know there is CTRL-V.
On PuTTY, CTRL-V is used to paste. That's why I want CTRL-Q.
I don't know how to configure PuTTY to pass the CTRL-Q to vim. I have tried,
but not working.
Does anybody know how to make it work?
