With this version it works fine but only the first time, e.g.:

1) Vim
2) :E       <--- cursorline is on
3) Select and open a file
4) :E       <--- cursorline is off

I saw that problem (after you pointed it out), but not always. I've now moved the call to s:NetrwCursorline() to s:NetrwSaveOptions(), which is responsible for making "safe" settings for netrw's operation. It seems to be working correctly.
