Let say
a document in VIM has this path:
d:\folders\john\itsalltext\broodpad.eml
I would like to know if:
1) The string "john" is in the path
2) The file name has the extension "eml"

p.e. I have various sessionvariables

session2.vim
session3.vim
I would like to know which session is now active.
