I'm happy with Terminus. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/837984/vim/screenshots/glowchalk_colorscheme.png I've used Monospace a long time everywhere, before somenone suggested Terminus. It looks not so pretty and all, but it so much easier to read it when you work long hours, and also it shows up to 10 more lines in even bigger size than Monospace, Liberation Mono and anything i've compared so far. In my experience, selection of font depends much on requred font size, colorscheme and even screen.
