I can reproduce this with Synergy running. I'm using Ubuntu (9.10), stock QuickSynergy (0.9-1) and stock gvim (vim-gnome 2:7.2.245- ubuntu2) although I can also see this happening when I ssh to a machine with gvim built from sources (7.2). > Do you have 'mousefocus' set? However when I disable Synergy and enable it again, everything works as expected unless I do some random mouse clicking (or just changing window focus, not sure).
