Hi all -- I am wondering if its possible to arrange split windows like this:
Sometimes i split vim horizontally -- and then i often wished i could create a vertical split on one side of the screen that spanned the entire height of vim -- but of course splitting vim vertically creates a new split for half the height only -- not the full height.
