The Windows print menu comes up when I select print and I can pick
tray 2 from the advanced options menu, but it appears Vim is over-
riding
the windows preferences with its own and the printer always tries to
use tray 1,
which is manual feed.

Does the Windows print options menu work if you use
:set printoptions=
(i.e., set that option to the empty string)?
