On 11/6/2010 I downloaded and installed Vim 7.3 on a Windows 7 x64 pc. On 11/9/2010 I downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual C# Express 2010. I did this on my work pc. At home I have a windows 7 x86 pc and didn't have this problem. At home I have Vim 7.2.
I tried to add a Tool menu item called Vim to edit .cs file while in Visual C# Express. I followed the instruction (See :help visVim) to do this. When I run the Tool->Vim from within Visual C# Express I get a Vim window but the .cs file isn't opened. There is an error at the bottom of the Vim window that looks like this: E194: No alternate file name to substitute for '#' Any help is appreciated.
