Looks like spam. I see that someone already put randall311 into
moderated status to avoid this from getting through again.
It happens sometimes that spammers use the email of a valid and existing
member to get their message through. It's annoying. We don't want to
moderate everybody, so the only way is to accept the occasional spam
message. It's a compromise.
