That joins ALL the lines. What I need to do is to have each paragraph as
a contimuous line, so that when I import the file into oowriter it will
be easily editable. Probably setting tw=2000 is the best solution.

I can import text files into oowriter, but I want to minimise the work
needed afterwards as much as possible. Background: I am converting
books, originally written with LyX, into Word.doc format for use by
Smashwords to produce e-books. Unfortunately, Smashwords won't accept
any other format, and it's a long haul to produce the files in Linux.
The only way that seems to work is first to convert them to plain text,
then import that into oowriter, and finally save in doc format.
