Hello fellow vimmers,

This works correctly and maintains 6 rows as quickfix window height after :q

vim -N -i NONE -u NONE
:botright copen 6
:botright split
:q

However if we have window with vertical split, windowfixheight option
does not
maintain correct height of quickfix window.

vim -N -i NONE -u NONE
:vsplit
:botright copen 6
:botright split
:q

After :q quickfix window does NOT maintain 6 rows height. Its height
grows by
the size of the closed window.

Is this normal behaviour? I must say it is *very* annoying as i like to use
vsplit TagList window and open new utility windows (including quickfix)
with botright option to stack them vertically (basically the second
scenario).
