Thanks for your answer! It turns out that the mappings where being written
inside the view files created by mkview. They appeared as such:

imap <buffer> <S-BS> <Plug>delimitMateS-BS
imap <buffer> <BS> <Plug>delimitMateBS
imap <buffer> <Del> <Plug>delimitMateDel
... etc.

Now I am going inside the view files and deleting the lines so that I retain
my folds.
Isn't there a way to save only my folds and marks inside the view file or at
least to
not have delimitmate create these mappings so that I can use it again?
