Yes, years ago. I'd love to find one, but it's been at least a decade. I almost bought a clone just a few months ago, but instead I ordered this: http://www.trulyergonomic.com/ I'm still waiting for it, it was supposed to arrive in December but twice they've postponed. Their customer support is terrible, it takes weeks for them to answer an email.
