It depends on what you mean by "good plugin".
There are at least two new projects that aim to replicate the Org-mode
in Vim.

Execute the command
:Voom viki
to create outline from Org-mode headlines. "viki" means the Viki/
Deplate Vim plugin--the format of headlines is the same as in Org-
mode. This gives easy outline navigation, outline structure
manipulation, node searching.
