They are not only MacVim commands, they exist on every Vim 7.x compiled with +windows The ex-command :tabn[ext] is synonymous to the Normal mode commands gt and <C-PageDown>. The ex-command :tabp[revious] (or :tabN[ext] with uppercase N) is synonymous to gT and <C-PageUp>. Maybe this can help you write your mapping? Forwarding to the vim_use group.
