On Windows XP, when I try to edit a filename in Windows

However according to the manual, the default setting of
isfname for Windows contains a colon - ie it is

default for MS-DOS, Win32 and OS/2:
"@,48-57,/,\,.,-,_,+,,,#,$,%,{,},[,],:,@-@,!,~,="

Is this correct?

The reason is to allow things like "gf" to pick up drive letters:

  x:\path\to\file.txt

-tim
