I tried it, but it does not seem to work. With more use these days, I've noticed that the problems always occurs on the column where the cursor is. So it might be a screen-update related bug. Not sure whether it is specific to 64-bit Windows 7. To my great surprise, Vim has more serious problems that I did not see when I used 32-bit Windows XP. The GVim window can sometimes simply disappear after losing response for a few seconds.
