maybe and maybe not -- you are using an ancient albeit
stalwart version of vim -- my runtime syntax folder has a
verilog.vim, so before we start struggling to define
autocommands et al, just tell me -- what are chances you can
upgrade your vim? -- potentially that is the easiest path to
happiness for you...
