To be able to help you, I need more precise information. What operating system are you using? What are the full path names of the folders you used? Have you successfully installed other plugins to these same folders? What do you mean by "it does not work"? What command did you execute? What results did you get? Were there any error messages? Other people use this plugin without problems, so if you are having problems, you are doing something different than they do. To get it working for you, we need to find out what that difference is.
