"the glass sphere.. is clouded..." sorry, but guessing what your setup does and how you use the program takes a lot of time. it's like guessing what an unknown car with an unknown motor does when an unknown driver steers it. if you are willing to share your setup (*) and your experience with a description which can be repeatedly reproduced - then do get back to us. if you'd rather keep us busy guessing your setup then be prepared for request to money.
