For what it's worth, I noticed the download count on Sourceforge for
"Cream" is several times higher than the download count for "Vim
without Cream". And, I assume this counts the downloads of all
versions of each; there are a lot more versions of "Vim without Cream"
than Cream itself. I'd guess there are a lot more users of Cream out
there than this list cares to admit. I know it took me by surprise.
