When I was on 32 bit Win XP, I used to get VIM sources from svn repositories and build it using MinGW. I would like to build from sources on Win 7 64 bit also. Would you please provide the steps for doing so? (The only procedure I am unable to use would be one that involves cygwin; procedures involving Visual Studio, MinGW or even cross-compiling from linux are OK.)
