Just pressing "Enter" in vim doesn't call functions; you must be using a plugin that maps the Enter key, perhaps a filetype plugin that vim has loaded automatically. I was trying to find out about that, some vim code somewhere must be calling your function. I already had firefox open, so running firefox again just passed the URL on to the existing firefox without a problem. Regards, John Little -- You received this message from the "vim_use" maillist.
