When editing one produces changes. The '.' operation will repeat the last change. What I want to to be able to capture the current state of the change-list (if such a thing exists), run a script which will make changes, exit the script, and then if I type '.' have the change that occurred just prior to running the script be the change that is repeated. Is this possible?
