Quis custodiet ipsos custodes
I open the same pom.xml file with Vim 7.3 and 7.3.556. Only the top of the
file is shown here:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!--

   contributor license agreements. See the NOTICE file distributed with

-->

Both editors have syntax==xml and diffing the two sytax/xml.vim files, they
show no difference.

In both editors (7.3 and 7.3.556) place the cursor on the first 't' in the "http"
of the line:
        http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Enter:
:exe 'norm! 09l4sa<b'

With 7.3 I get:
   ha<b//www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
but with 7.3.556:
        ha<b//www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Version 7.3 removes some space from the start of the line but 7.3.556 does not.

Which is right?
What could the the source of the difference?

Thanks
Richard
