What do you want to happen when you "close" your buffer? What should show in 
its place?

Does :bd do what you want? Or were you looking for something like :enew?

I wont, an empty buffer, like the first start of vim.
The solution by Marcin Szamotulski, was very helpfully.
"command! BD b # | bd #"
My logical error was, I closing the current Buffer.
