I have personal note files which use the vim help file mechanism for hyperlinking and jumping between different documents and sections. When I write a new section I run a function afterwards which updates the table of content at the top of each file. This function deletes the old table and goes through the current file and writes an up-to-date table of contents. Is there anything built in I could use instead? Marco
