This should work:
nnoremap <buffer> <expr> dd (virtcol('$') > winwidth(0)) ? 'g0d' . (v:count > 1
? 'v' . v:count : '') . 'g$' : 'dd'
The conditional addition of “v” is explained (more or less) in my next message.
