This is actually harder than thought, because there is no easy way from
Vim script to determine the current state of the window (i.e. should the
current window be maximized or made equal on the next call) so you have
to use some state variable. This has however the problem, that it
doesn't know, when you used <C-W>= or <C-W>_ manually.
