Vundle, Pathogen, .. Of course they all work. The problem is that installing all tools required to get plugins is a lot of work on windowns: curl unzip tar tools (7zip) Thats'why I introduced a proxy which does the work for you: http://vam.mawercer.de/ VAM has some additional documentation. Eg we could proivde an initial bootstrap plugin which provides a package manager (such as VAM) and all tools. There were not enough requests to make me work on it, See VAM's documentation.
