I have this in my .vimrc:
" set readonly files to also be non-modifiable by default, and others to be

? 0 : 1) | endif
I think I remember seeing that error sometimes a long time ago, related to this
autocmd, but I have not seen it recently. I don't think I did anything in
particular to fix it. Perhaps using the global value of modifiable instead of
the local value?
