It does not. I'm not even sure Vim itself will compile as a 64-bit version. I build on a 64-bit Win8.1 machine but my :version has always reported a 32-bit gvim.exe. If I ever figured out how to build a 64-bit binary, I'd look into the same for gvimext.dll.
