i'm trying to use the asynccommand plugin,
it requires that vim be started as a server
so im starting vim as follows:

vim --servername vim

yet asyncommand still complains that vim
is not in servermode. and also v:servername
has nothing in it. what am i missing ?
btw my version vim has +clientserver enabled.
