Hi all! After discovering great formatlistpat I started to play with, increasing it with my needs. But I found a problem regarding atoms, specifically the or operator (|) of them. See this problem:
set formatlistpat=\\(\\a\\d\\)\\. This formatlistpat works for lists like "a2." "b7." and so on, but if I insert a "\\|" it stops to interpret it: set formatlistpat=\\(\\a\\|\\d\\)\\. This doesn't work. Also, not escaping "|" is not an option since it interprets it as part of vimscript. How can I make this work?
