how to extract the vim ball to another folder? the reason I ask this is, I'm now using pathogen to install all my previous favorite plugins but some of them simply don't have a github mirror. and they are only available in the form of vim ball .vba file: e.g. http://www.drchip.org/astronaut/vim/index.html#VISINCR
