Some thing about this specific file seems to be strange. 
:verbose set cindent? --> "Last set from "c:\Program 
Files\Vim\Vim74\indent\cpp.vim"

One more thing observed in this file is "highlight CursorLine" is not working. 
Where as it work in other files. 

For the purpose testing I used "set compatible" and it seems to be working with 
that. Now I am trying to see what all the things "set nocompatible" is doing.
