I am using gVim on Windows 7 with the latest updates and an Acer V243H monitor
at the recommended screen resolution of 1920x1080. I am encountering a problem
with gVim's screen display.

Occasionally when scrolling, the display starts to get corrupted. Usually :0,
:e!, or :$ will straighten out the display.

I am wondering if this is a problem in Vim or in Windows. Any pointers would be
appreciated.

Thank you.
