Hi, Jan Ingvar.
There has been several years I worked from Windows so, this answer may non
longer work. What I did in the past was setting python paths inside my
".vimrc" file before loading plugins:
let $PYTHONHOME = 'C:/some_path/python_install_folder'
let $PYTHONLIB = '$PYTHONHOME/Scripts'
This was enough for UltiSnips to work fine.
