Solved, after bisecting all plugins, I found in one of mine this
instruction which return bad shell error:
" let g:Explorer_RubyLibPath=substitute(fnamemodify(system('which
'.g:Explorer_RubyLibName),":p"),':..',':',"")
Now tagbar works as it did with Universal Ctags, see:
