make distclean
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-gui=gtk
make && make test
Questions:
1) Build results in vim only -- no gui vim; how to build the gui vim?

3) How to install so that the existing version disappears?

Adding to configure "--with-features=huge" results in all the unskipped
tests passing. However, the gui is still not enabled:
create a softlink: gvim -> src/vim*
$ ./gvim
E25: GUI cannot be used: Not enabled at compile time
