Your MP3 will probably show up, or, atleast be pasted in to a real instrument track, unless you move it from the media browser.. Your loops will show up in a software instrument track.
It will take a good bit of playing, but, it mite be done. For information on checking timing and moving from the media browser ECT check the guide on, GarageBand and SnowLeopard tracks and efects.
