Actually Audio Hijack pro should be able to do this. Create an itunes session 
and go to the effects tab. You will find an empty scroll area. Route the mouse 
cursor to this scroll area and press vo shift space to click. A context menu 
will open. You will find a submenu called 4fx effect. In that submenu you'll 
find a plugin called auxiliary device output. Press enter on it and a window 
will appear where you can choose an alternative output device. Good luck!
