Hi All!

After a long time thinking about the way to implement the extended hint mode
known from pentadacty (g;X with X is a known hint mode). I think it's done.

I'll will test it some days to see if nothing else is broken though the heavy
changes that where required. I hope someone else could use the branch
'hinting-g-mode' so that this nice feature can be merged into master soon.

For those that don't know the extended hint mode. This hint mode keeps the
hints open after a hint is fired. That means this mode does only work for
hints that don't open into current window or don't require to print output
into inputbox. To be precise it works for 'I', 'p', 'P', 's', 't' and 'y'.
Note that you wouldn't get a response if you yank URI in extended hint mode,
because we must not change the inputbox's content.

Note that hinting started by 'F' is only an alias for ';t' so you have to use
'g;t' in extended hint mode instead of otherwise used 'gF' that opens the
inspector.

Merry Christmas!
Daniel
