Hi, To free a floppy disk, use an unfolded paperclip and insert it in the small whole on the face of the 3.5 inch floppy drive. Push in and disengage the disk from the drive for a manual eject. To open the SE, you will need a long shaft torqx (larger than a torqx 15) - don't try it with anything else. I got mine from Sears, Professional Craftsman tools. I would try a restart after ejecting he disk before trying to open up an SE. If you do try to open it up, be careful removing the case not to crack or break the narrow end of the CRT tube.
