Yep. I use BBE Lite 6.1.2. In the app's folder there's a "BBEdit Lite Support" folder. In there is a "Plug-Ins" folder with 13 plugins that do various useful things. The one called "Line Numbers", you guessed, adds or removes line numbers. There's a "Tools" item in the menu bar where you access these utilities. Several of them may be useful to you if you're programming. I don't recall if the plugins came with the app or if I added them later. Get in touch if you want them.
