I received an email about a discussion thread being "hijacked" - someone had replied to a message, changed the subject, and - well - that doesn't work with Google Groups.
This is already covered in the list FAQ, and I've updated the introduction on this groups page by adding the following: Please don't start a new thread by replying to an existing thread and changing the subject line. Google will simply append such messages to the current thread, effectively burying it. Create a brand new email to start a new thread.
